CrypCom was born in 2016 when its proprietors decided to mine bitcoin, and ethereum. The first data center was built in Labrador, chosen for its cooler climate and cheap electricity rates. Several data centers in Labrador and Quebec followed, allowing CrypCom to leverage on learned experience and build superior data centers optimized for cryptocurrency mining.
By now, we have built over 20 data centers in Canada (most of them in Quebec), for ourselves and our clients, while simultaneously developing innovative heat and ventilation management techniques to ensure optimal operation of the facilities. We now offer our expertise to those interested in building their own data center for mining of cryptocurrencies.
